Case study

Zarko-Flynn Ltd was approached by a client who urgently needed to develop key messages and materials to support its new five-year strategy. We quickly identified a number of key factors which were crucial to effective and successful communications. The key messages were developed within a fixed timeframe and subsequently tested extremely well with focus groups. A suite of ten supporting documents were then developed to enable staff to consistently apply the new messages across all of the organisation's verbal and written communications. As a result of the success of this project, Zarko-Flynn Ltd was immediately re-commissioned to help the organisation with a further, high-profile project.
